Website Settings

Each website will contain the feedback reports that were sent to it, and can have different settings. Non-admin users can also be set up so that they only have access to certain websites feedback and settings.

When creating or editing a website in BugMuncher, you can give it a name and description, as well as set up Email Notification for new feedback reports.

To be notified by email when ever a new feedback report is submitted, check the Receive Email Notification checkbox on your website’s edit page, then fill in the Notify Email Address and Notify Email Subject fields:

Enter the email address where you’d like to receive feedback reports. You can speicfy multiple email addresses by separating them with a comma, eg: “[email protected],[email protected],[email protected]

Enter the subject you’d like feedback report notification emails to have. If the subject line contains {{summary}}, this will be replaced with a summary of the feedback reports description. See Feedback Summary for more details.
